About Me
Guy Grizman (M.A)
I've been studying and practicing Buddhism for nearly twenty years, combining personal practice with academic study to explore both the traditional teachings and their relevance in modern life.
My journey has included Vipassana meditation, several Tibetan Buddhist traditions, and, more recently, the Thai Forest Tradition. Alongside years of study in Buddhist philosophy and history, this has shaped an approach that is practical, historically grounded, and accessible to people from all backgrounds.
Through Triyana Meditation Berlin, I offer talks, workshops, and courses that introduce Buddhist thought, meditation, and ethics in a way that is clear, engaging, and relevant to everyday life.
