Triyana offers courses that bring Buddhist ideas and meditation practice together, giving you the opportunity to explore the teachings, experience them in practice, and discover their relevance to everyday life.

Currently, all programs are offered in person in Berlin.

Open to complete beginners and those with some experience in meditation or Buddhism.

Buddhist Psychology for the Modern Workplace

For organisations, educational institutions, cultural centres, and private groups, Triyana offers accessible lectures exploring Buddhist thought, philosophy, and their relevance to contemporary questions.

Private Sessions

Individual support for meditation, stress reduction, and everyday wellbeing

One-to-one sessions offer a more personal setting for developing a meditation practice around your own needs and interests. Sessions may focus on relaxation, working with stress, improving concentration, establishing a regular practice, or exploring particular challenges through meditation and Buddhist-inspired approaches.

Each session is adapted to your experience, goals, and preferred pace. No previous meditation experience is required.
