Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 08.2026
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all workshops, courses, talks, and other events offered by Triyana.
2. Registration
Registration for an event is completed through the booking system provided on the website.
A registration becomes binding once it has been confirmed and, where applicable, the required participation fee has been received.
By registering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Participation Fees and Payment
Participation fees must be paid using the payment methods available during the booking process.
Unless otherwise stated, full payment is required before the beginning of the event.
4. Cancellation by Participants
If you are unable to attend an event, please inform Triyana as early as possible.
For individual events, the following cancellation conditions apply:
-
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
-
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
-
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are generally non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances, an alternative arrangement may be considered at Triyana’s discretion.
5. Multi-Session Courses
By registering for a multi-session course, participants reserve a place for the entire duration of the course.
Once the course has started, participants are generally not entitled to a full or partial refund.
Sessions that are missed cannot generally be rescheduled or refunded.
6. Cancellation or Changes by Triyana
Triyana reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify events due to insufficient registrations, illness of the course instructor, venue-related issues, or other circumstances beyond Triyana’s reasonable control.
If an event is cancelled by Triyana, registered participants will receive either:
-
a full refund of the participation fee paid, or
-
a place in a replacement event, if one is offered.
7. Personal Responsibility
Participation in all events is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own responsibility.
The content offered by Triyana is intended for educational, personal reflection, and contemplative practice purposes. It does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
Participants are encouraged to inform the course instructor before the event of any relevant needs or limitations that may affect their participation.
8. Liability
Participation in all events is voluntary.
Triyana is liable only within the limits of applicable statutory provisions.
9. Changes to These Terms
Triyana reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to changes in the services offered or applicable legal requirements.
The version published at the time of registration shall apply.
